Contact
Bring me the messy version.
How to reach Mohammad Esmaeilimoakhar: email, LinkedIn, GitHub, and what to include so the first reply is a useful one.
Email is the fastest way to reach me, and it is the channel I actually read. I reply to anything specific, usually within a few working days. I am based in Munich, Germany, and work in Central European Time, so expect answers during European business hours.
Channels
- Based in
- Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Central European Time, UTC+1 and UTC+2 in summer.
- Languages
- English, German, Persian.
What to include
- What the product does and who uses it, in one or two sentences.
- The specific problem you want solved, not the deliverable you assume it needs.
- Timeline, and whether this is a role, a contract, or a one-off piece of work.
- Who else is involved: engineering, product, and whoever gets to say no.
Work I take on
- Senior product design roles on complex B2B or SaaS products, in Munich or remote within Europe.
- AI feature design where the interface has to make model behavior understandable and correctable.
- Design engineering work: turning a design direction into real React and TypeScript components.
- Design system work, including auditing an inconsistent interface and migrating it incrementally.
- Advisory or review engagements on an existing product, where a second set of eyes is cheaper than a rebuild.
Work I am not the right fit for
- Logo and brand identity work as a standalone project. I do this only inside a product engagement.
- Pure visual refreshes with no access to the people who use the product.
- Contests, spec work, and unpaid pitches.
